Written by Dennis Blackmon and Regina Wells, this musical is an epic love story, framed against the fires of the American Civil Rights era. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta leave their safe, prestigious life in Atlanta. This young husband and wife journey to the quiet town of Montgomery, Alabama, have their first child and suddenly find the city is ablaze with the civil rights movement. The family is embroiled in a storm of conflict. Their house is bombed with Coretta and the baby inside. How can their love survive this? Come see this historic piece of history unfold on stage.
