The Gaslight Tinkers' blend of global rhythms creates a joyously danceable sound around a core of traditional New England old time and celtic fiddle music, merging boundless positive energy with melody and song. Playing what The Valley Advocate describes as “music that consistently fizzes and pops with unexpected textures and turns,” The Gaslight Tinkers’ shows are packed with delightful surprises,…

An intimate acoustic evening with Walter Parks and Vivian Sessoms. In Spirituals Reimagined, Parks and Sessoms will present original and traditional compositions of spirituals, hymns and worksongs that were the soundtrack to modern America as well as the songs that they have inspired.

Brooklyn-based indie band Sky-Pony is joined by the 65 voices of the West Village Chorale, under the direction of Colin Britt. This crossover program combines classical choral sounds with theater and popular music, including pieces by the Beatles, U2, Cyndi Lauper, Tears for Fears, Sondheim, and Bernstein. Sky-Pony brings their characteristic lyrical, often cheeky indie-pop style with a healthy dose of theatrics, incorporating costumes, choreography and projections. A feast for the eyes and ears!
